What is Pipe Cap Fitting ?
Pipe Caps are an essential component for any plumbing job. They provide a secure seal at the end of a pipe or fitting, keeping liquids and gases from escaping and preventing any unwanted materials from entering. At Max Pipes and Fittings Inc, these Pipe Caps are available in various materials, grades, sizes, shapes, and styles to suit different types of pipes, fittings, and applications.
The main feature of Pipe Caps is their ability to form a watertight seal. Generally, they are made of rubber or plastic and designed with an internal O-ring that forms a tight seal. In addition, many pipe caps have features such as pressure ratings and corrosion resistance for more specific applications.

Table Of Content
There are many types of Pipe Caps available, Standard caps are generally used with steel, copper, or cast iron piping systems while specialty caps can be designed for more specific tasks such as chemical drainage systems or water supply lines. Each type also comes in different types and sizes ranging from ½” to 24”.
Pipe Caps can be used in a variety of settings, from residential homes to industrial plants. They are most commonly used when pipes or fittings need to be permanently sealed off such as in plumbing systems or fuel lines. Additionally, they are great for protecting valve stems and other components during shipping and storage. Pipe Caps also play an important role in preventing leaks by acting as a secondary protection against failure of the primary sealing device (such as gaskets or seals).
